Job description / Role
NTS Group are currently working with a leading F&B/Hospitality organisation who are seeking a Procurement Supply Manager.
This role will play a key part in all aspects of sourcing and project management and will have responsibility for cost targets and all processes related to procurement. You will have the opportunity to be accountable for team delivery against key business objectives as well as focus on partnering with corporate business functions to deliver value, drive change and communicate results.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance versus the department targets to ensure alignment and rectify unsatisfactory performance promptly.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have at least 10 years of procurement related experience (ideally 3+ at a managerial level) and have specific UAE experience (having been based here and covering this market).
You will be very familiar with setting up new systems and processes and have a broad understanding of the F&B market in Dubai, with single F&B brand experience.
You will have a proven repertoire of forging relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as boasting project and change management acumen. This role is offering a salary of AED 20,000 (+ Benefits)
