Job description / Role
Our client is a venture capital backed tech firm who have grown exponentially across the GCC. They're seeking a Product Analyst to act as a bridge between the technical team and business facing side of the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Gathering requirements from stakeholders
* Analysing key business functions through information gathering to make operational objectives
* Create workflows, diagrams and process maps
* Writing technical specifications and user stories
* Coordinating primary and secondary research to support technical team with enhancing user experience
* Performing daily and weekly reviews of current processes using metrics and reporting
* Preparing technical reports by collecting and analysing data and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
* Facilitating key projects by defining project requirements, milestones and assisting with budget
Requirements
You will have the following skill set:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* At least 5 year's experience in similar role
* Entrepreneurial spirit, industry experience in a consulting or start up is highly desired
* Proven ability to product work flows, BPMN diagrams
* Proven experience with AGILE methodologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
