Position Title: Product & Business Development Executive

Salary: up to 10,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
1. Support creation and launch of bakery, pastry, and café products, conduct market research, and ensure quality, cost, and consistency across outlets.
2. Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and events, support outlet expansions and pop-ups, and analyze competitors to optimize offerings and pricing.
3. Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Production to coordinate product launches, campaigns, and store execution.
4. Track product performance, sales, and customer feedback; prepare insights-driven reports and recommend improvements for growth and margins.

Qualifications:
1. Aged 40 and below
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field with 2–4 years’ experience in product development, business development, or F&B operations.
3. Strong understanding of bakery/café concepts, customer trends, and UAE F&B market; experienced in working with suppliers and cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented and data-driven; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
