Product Lead for Content and Experiences – General Market Up To 9.1k Aed For A Media And Entertainment Company

• The Product Lead for Content and Experiences will primarily be responsible in identifying and developing experiences both on ground and online that is better and differentiated to create benefits and value to the customer.
• He/She will develop product content and experiences by identifying potential events and activities, conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, development timetables, pricing, timing and developing and implementing overall marketing strategies and plans.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Filipino candidates
• Male/Female, 50 years old below

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Media or any related certification
• Minimum 2 years of similar working experience preferably in media or entertainment industry
• Must be responsible in the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all experiences on ground and online
• With extensive behavioral competencies such as Tolerance for Ambiguity, Learning, Managing Relationships or Interactions, Loyal Opposition and Achievement Orientation
• Strong Technical competencies such as Job Knowledge / Business Acumen, Product Management, Product Management, Effective Communication, and Cross Functional Management
• Excellent communication skills
