Job description / Role
Has responsibility for supervising the engineering department/project/or team. Provides direction to department on day to day operations and projects. Establishes objectives and reviews performance activities on project-related assignments. Coordinates personnel across projects. Collaborates with other groups on project-related assignments. Oversees the technical integrity of work performed. Contributes to the management of budget and cost allocations for the department. Receives administrative management with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives.
Requirements
Criteria: Minimum 10+ years related experience - Must have Engineering Degree
Reports to: Engineering Managers; Technical Managers
Managing a team from design engineers in R&D from electrical & mechanical
