* As Product Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the clients experience using digital products exceed their expectations.
* Works closely with Development Lead and Growth Marketing Manager to identify new products and services which are value add to our customers

* Works closely with Development to identify new products and services which are value add to our customers
* Identifies proven methods, research & data as part of the new products & services
* Monitor our various channels to analyse data, curate feedback and consolidate for research purposes
* Track customer feedback across our platforms
* Keeps up to date with current trends, shifts and changes
* Provides documentation and solid evidence to Identify how technology can enhance
* Creates SOP's. documents process, customer feedback and client compliments

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Product Manager
* Fintech experience or start up experience is a must
* Results & data driven
* Understands the customer journey using website/app technology
* Experience in digital product development
* Able to confidently analyse & interpret data and share findings
