Product Manager should not only promote it but also manage its development, engage with partners, and ensure its successful market implementation.

Key Responsibilities of a Product Manager for Your Application:

1. Product Development
• Analyze the market and competitors to enhance the app.
• Define product strategy and new features.
• Collect user feedback and implement improvements.
• Work with the IT team on app enhancements.

2. Promotion and Marketing
• Develop a strategy to promote the application.
• Collaborate with marketers and targeting specialists for advertising.
• Seek partnerships (e.g., real estate agencies) for product distribution.
• Organize app presentations for potential clients.

3. Sales and Partnerships
• Establish partnership agreements with real estate agencies.
• Work with major developers and brokers.
• Demonstrate the product and its capabilities to clients.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements.

4. Team and Process Management
• Coordinate with developers and designers.
• Monitor task deadlines.
• Analyze key metrics (user count, conversion rates, customer retention).
• Optimize business processes to drive app growth.

Required Skills:
• Experience with digital products (preferably in real estate or SaaS).
• Understanding of marketing and sales.
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Team management experience is a plus.

The Product Manager can also be the face of the company on social media.

They will collaborate with our team of videographers to appear in social media content, presenting the product.
