Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and manage product roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision and IT capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation, prioritizing projects based on business impact and feasibility.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications.
- Work with IT and Digital Transformation teams to ensure technical feasibility and develop solutions that meet user needs.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to guide product development.
3. Product Development & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, and QA teams to build and refine digital products.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and facilitate agile development processes.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT, and the Digital Transformation team, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- Provide regular updates on product status, key milestones, and potential risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Engage with end-users to gather feedback and ensure that digital solutions deliver value and improve user experience.
5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Define and track product performance metrics to evaluate the success of digital initiatives.
- Continuously analyze product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and improve user satisfaction.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure digital products adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, working with IT and legal teams as necessary.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.
