Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company who are hiring a product manager to be based in Istanbul.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive short and long-term product strategies.
• Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share.
• Identification and mapping of key stakeholders and building good working relationships.
• Manage the entire product life cycle portfolio.
• Develop innovative competitive market access strategies.
• Identify marketing opportunities.
• Monitor market trends.

Requirements

• Only candidates currently based in Turkey will be considered.
• Higher scientific education (PhD, master's, or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical marketing within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
• Proven product management and marketing experience within the medical devices industry. A sales background is desirable.
• Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills; successful track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
