Product Manager - Airfield Systems

The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they're game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionize what we do.

What you'll deliver

- Develop products, systems and services in the area of Airfield Systems while maintaining the
performance level of existing systems and services.
- Ensuring that technology strategy is aligned to business strategy.
- Liaise with internal Technology support teams and external suppliers on support incidents/changes.
- Provide project oversight on behalf of the internal and external business areas for all core Airfield software and solutions delivery in line with organization goals.
- Provide support and service Level Management of all IT services delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What you bring

- Should be a minimum of Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Business Administration/ Computer Science/Engineering.
- PMBOK, PMP, ITILv3 Foundation qualifications would be preferable.
- 8 Years of depth knowledge in airport, airfield, ground handling operations and planning and demonstrable experience in delivering systems in an operational environment.
- Experience of successfully implementing major IT programs within UAE private and government entities. Ability and experience to integrate SaaS platforms for dash boarding, reporting and optimization.
- Account Management experience, working with leadership in partner organizations and key customers.
- Experience of managing relationships with multi stakeholder teams with varied deliverables in Technology and Support functions. Capable of presenting complex information in a simplified manner to Technology leaders.
