As a Product Manager you will own and lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of key digital products within an integrated multi-services platform. This is a crucial role in shaping the experience of millions of users, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Description

* Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in line with strategic objectives
* Lead product discovery and translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into requirements
* Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, and business owners
* Prioritize features and services based on user value, data insights, and KPIs
* Coordinate product development sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
* Continuously monitor product performance through analytics, research, and user feedback
* Identify and resolve product-related risks, blockers, or inefficiencies
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to align on product goals and execution

* 4-5+ years of experience in digital product management (platforms, apps, portals)
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and product lifecycle management
* Proficiency in data-informed decision-making (basic analytics, experimentation, A/B testing)
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* User-centric mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
