Job description / Role
Product Manager up to 15k Aed for a High-End Perfume Company in UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
• Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs
Requirements
• POSITION: Product Manager
• SALARY: 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY:
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, preferable Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder or MBA, preferably in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the stream of product development preferably in the FMCG, perfumes or related industry
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Good knowledge of market research, product marketing & brand management
• Strong leadership, sales support and training skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Demonstration skills to handle multiple assignments
• System knowledge – adept in MS Office & ERP
