What you’ll do:
• Execute the growth plans for the Critical Power Systems (CPS) and Distributed Power Quality (DPQ) product offering in the ME market
• Understand the product compliance requirements based on local regulations, co-ordinate with the central PLM /compliance teams to get appropriate documentation
• Engage with the sales team and Partners and understand the application segments and current product portfolio compatibility .
• Provide appropriate feedback to the PLMs about product gaps and required adaptations for the products.
• Map competitor activities , new product launches and provide the feedback on the market response and potential impact on Eaton business.
• Visit customers and partners and provide sales training on the managed products . Understand their needs and evaluate opportunities for growth.
• Leverage the know how in the organization and work with the sales , technical support and prescription team to get -generic and project specific product approvals
Requirements:
• Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• With 3-5 years of experience in Sales /service /application engineering of Electrical Systems.Having the know how about batteries and power converters is desirable.
