What you’ll do:
• Product Management & drive marketing initiatives for Life Safety Business in Middle East
• Lead the growth plans relevant to offering portfolio (Life Safety systems -Fire Systems & Emergency Lighting )
• Represents the regional inputs for NPI projects.
• Understands customer values, application requirements, competition, and anticipates their evolution.
• Defines the needs in terms of product features documentation, tools, software.
• Leads Product Launch process, full product lifecycle management including end of life.
• Ensures product compliance with local regulations, identify and communicate product gaps. and propose alternative solutions with support of Business unit
• Synthesizes the stakes and risks to offer compliance to local requirements.
• Manages the offer to ensure compatibility with needs evolution and promote growth and profitability.
• Study competition define the roadmap evolution: specify new products and future evolution and manage the mix/country.
• Support product competitiveness: pricing analysis and technical benchmark with competition.
• Provide techno-commercial support on strategic projects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to meet customer expectations in terms of product /range.
• Visit customers and partners and understand their needs and evaluate opportunities for growth.
• Leverage the know how in the organization and work with technical support and prescription team to get customer approvals and compliance to regulations."
Requirements:
• Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems of which at least 3 years dealing with Life Safety products.
Skills:
• Deep understanding of Life Safety business.
• Leadership attributes, Creative thinking, Customer centric approach, excellent communication
