Our client is a HYPER growth App company who launched in 2017, they recently had a valuation in excess of 1Billion USD and as such they are now launching new product lines across the 15 countries in which they operate.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work very closely with the Head of Growth in defining and developing the product fit.
This role sits between the product and the commercial teams and helps to define the business side focusing on product positioning, offering and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Additionally you will be creating tools for Business Development team to offer to new and existing clients across the globe.
You will b Identifying user needs by deeply understanding the customers and deep dive knowledge on the product to create data-driven, actionable insights for the product team to continuously improve the product. You will act as the bridge between the Product and Marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that increase usage and conversion rates. A background of leading meaningful go-to-market (GTM) launch strategies by owning the development of audience strategy, value proposition(s), messaging, positioning, and PR strategies and you will be a good communicator by taking ownership product releases to help drive feature adoption and module up-selling.
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
You should have good competitor analysis skills and be strong a keeping a record of international industry and offerings to drive future growth. Experience of mapping and iterating upon the customer journey to help drive more value and allow a smooth process. Cross-functional team experience. A results driven mindset with a user first attitude.
