Product Strategy Manager looking after the MEA region for a global multinational player in the lubricants space
Our client is global multinational in the Oil & Gas industry with operations in over 40 countries across the globe
Description:
* To develop and manage product & channel strategies for Africa & Middle East to create a regional marketing strategy in line with the organisations philosophy and objectives
* Engage in market research based on business requirements and develop and implement trade sector promotions & communications via ATL/BTL activities to support the underlying plan
* Ensure maximum product penetration in the market through market planning processes and innovative strategies
* Develop and foster beneficial relationships with external stakeholders (media, advertising, suppliers)

Requirements
* At least 8 years of overall experience in the lubricants, Oil & Gas, Multinational OEM or similar industry
* A minimum of 5 year's experience in a marketing capacity
* Strong business acumen plus a sound understanding of financial accounting and marketing principles
* An understanding of global and regional economics & business trends in order to develop strategies and optimize efforts
* In-depth knowledge of packaging standards
* Strong relationships with stakeholders in the industry
* Solid understanding of profit drivers
* Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University in Marketing/Business Management/Commerce/Engineering
