Product Support Engineer MEA - Hydraulic Equipments (Native Arabic)

Salary:

• 15000

Location:

• Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Developing the technical skills and knowledge level in dealer network.
• Teaching the process of carrying out Assembly and Commissioning. Carry out the assembly, commissioning and inspections when needed.
• Instruct and familiarize the end-user’s operators and technicians about safety, function, handling and maintenance of the products.
• Giving theoretical class room and practical hands on technical training for customers and dealers.
• Verifying that the product matches current specification and quality.
• Supervising and troubleshooting in field as well as over phone and email.
• Visiting customers/dealers to give technical advice and support the product to maintain the quality and generate future business opportunities in equipment and parts.
• Reporting of non-conformities and technical issues on a clear standardized manner.
• Ensure that Warranty Policy and values is correctly interpreted and processed.

Salary:
AED 15000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Ability:

• Take decisions about service measures in the field.
• Plan authorized travels to and from customer/dealers, including accommodation.
• Interpret and apply the warranty policy
• Contribute with suggestions on developments of service against new demands, profitability criteria´s, as well as on-going improvement on quality.
• Support the sales force with any technical requirement or non-conformity by customers/dealers.

Personal skills:

• Well communicating verbally and in writing/reading in English, Arabic and French. Other languages are an advantage.
• The person will communicate with customers as well as support teams and factories

Customer oriented:

• Understanding the customer’s point of view but also manage the customers to understand our point of view, terms and values.
• Willingness to help and support the customer/dealer in the best possible and professional way.
• Be able to travel 50-75% of the working time

Technical skills:

• Education bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering or similar by practical experience.
• Technical hands on experience on similar type of products.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge in electric and hydraulic systems.
