Job Description
• Defining marketing strategies and developing brand plans in alignment with global brand strategies.
• Managing product portfolio (range) and pricing strategies with the aim of revenue / GM / EBITDA increase.
• Monitoring market and competition trends within benchmarking.
• Preparing profit and loss account statement and profitability analysis.
• Developing product activation plans and creating promotion concepts in line with the brand strategies.
• Implementing brand strategies and activation plans with the effective use of defined A&P budget to achieve annual marketing and sales objectives.
• Developing BTL communication and promotion materials, strongly reflecting consumer.
• Preparing agency or graphical designer briefings for the creation of BTL marketing materials.
• Continuously evaluating market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities to enable strategic decision making.
• Conducting regular field visits to the countries in MEIA region and opinion leaders to provide technical support and gain market insights.
• Driving innovation by identifying portfolio opportunities and managing new product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Closely collaborating and aligning with sales, communication & digital marketing, business development, supply chain and global marketing units in Italy, Germany & UK.
• Enabling sales team with relevant tools & toolkits for enabling increase at sales figures of the product categories.
• Developing channel specific ideas / promotions to be ahead of competition.
• Understanding the needs of customers and shoppers alongside with their profile.

Requirements

• Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level.
• Experience in MDA, SDA, CE or FMCG companies as a product manager and/or trade marketing manager at least 3 years.
• Having strong communication, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• English is must - Arabic or Italian is asset.
• No restriction for travel.
