Job description / Role
Product Training Manager is required by a leading global tech company. You will be joining a new department and play a key leadership role within the training product centre. You will act as the key contact for internal stakeholders and their customers wishing to receive demonstrations and/or training on particular products or services.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• You will responsible for managing all visits, training and demos, ensuring that information and feedback is communicated with both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Work closely with product heads and internal managers to ensure that demos, trainings and programs are followed.
• Plan, devise and implement a program of standards and processes for training and demonstrations.
• Provide coaching, guidance and mentor the training centre team,
• You will facilitate customer journeys and experience to standards set by the internal stakeholder’s.
• Oversea the entire operations of the centre, from equipment, staff and external customers
• Prepare all presentation material and program structure for all products and demos.
• Create monthly reports, analysis and insights for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• Have previous worked in a similar customer facing training or demonstration role (from a technology perspective).
• Have a sound knowledge of technology (IT, Digital, Consumer, Ecommerce etc)
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Polished customer facing skills
