Production and Maintenance Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Production, Electrical and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic Mineral manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining equipment to achieve high-quality output and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and reduce breakdowns.
- Plan and coordinate regular maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Analyze production data and maintenance records to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in production, electrical and maintenance engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and production planning.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in manufacturing.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and quality enhancement.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
