Production Engineer

Job description / Role

As Production Engineer you will co-ordinate, plan, organize and supervise the production as well as ensure the maintenance of all equipment in the plant on a regular basis for preventive as well as corrective maintenance. You will keep a facility maintenance schedule, log of equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility. You will be responsible for supervising and improving production at the plant, develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit, draw up safety protocols and report issues to the management. You will prepare and manage staff schedules, shift allocations, and liaise with all internal departments like Sales, Accounts, Management, Logistics, HR etc. as needed for smooth day-to-day operations. Most importantly you will ensure quality control is strictly followed for every customer as well as adherence to production SOP's and safety protocols.

• BE Mechanical or Chemical Plant Engineer
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in an Automatic Dry mix plant or Grinding industry
• Good inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
