Currently working with a leading Manufacturing organisation in Ras Al Khaimah that are looking to recruit an experienced Production Engineer Manager. The organisation specialises in the manufacturing of pre-fab , shelters, cold stores, sandwich panels, pre-fab data centre rooms, steel structures, modular building, portable building, steel container, and aluminium and stainless steel cladding.
As the Production Engineer Manager you will be responsible of generating job orders, and creating and distributing job schedule to factory sections, coordinate with factory section supervisors and be responsible for all activities of production, planning, quality, sites and technical department.
Your main duty will be to solve any production problems and improve the performance of the team. This will be done by preparing of strategic management reports (Man Hour, Production Performance, Consumption Rate, and Scrap Rate).

To be successful in this role you must have worked in a similar position for a leading steel manufacturing company in the UAE.
You must have extensive knowledge of steel structures, grades and categories (e.g. beams, profiles, boxes, angles). Be familiar with welding procedures, steel inspection , steel containers modification, sandwich panels production & rockwool isolated panels.
The company are offering an all inclusive package of around 10,000 - 13,000 AED per month plus benefits.
