Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a food manufacturing company who is looking to hire a Production Manager to join their team and oversee there state of the art facility being built in Dubai. As Production Manager you will oversee the full manufacturing facility.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the full production facility from production costs to quality control, planning, maintenance and productivity. The plant produces an array of food products, especially within frozen foods and you will manage a team in excess of 100. You will be responsible for all health, safety and standards compliance.
You will oversee all day to day operations in the plant.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have comprehensive experience as a Head of Production or Production Manager, within the UAE or GCC region. With experience in food production, preferably within protein or frozen food. The ideal candidate will have UAE experience and be currently based in the UAE.
This roles requires a strong and dedicated candidate with experience specifically in with meat processing and wet food, someone who has managed a cultural diverse team and consistently achieved production targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with multinational brand.
