Production Manager - Armored Steel Processing Industry

Job description / Role

- Oversee production across multiple departments: Laser, Press, Fabrication, Paint, Dispatch, and Facilities.
- Lead Day and Night Shift Teams, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal output.
- Drive LEAN Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage team performance, recruitment, training and morale.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Quality teams to met client expectations.
- Ensure health, safety and compliance across the production facility.

- Proven experience in production management, ideally in manufacturing or steel processing.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Quality control, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a 24-hour production facility and drive continuous improvement.

Salary:
AED 22,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
