Production Manager - Fashion Boutique

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead the production operations of our fashion boutique in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining timelines and budgets. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the entire production process from garment development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with design, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of production timelines with market demands.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of production, ensuring compliance with brand specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufactures, and vendors to negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
- Develop production schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management within the fashion or apparel industry, preferably in boutique or luxury fashion.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and production techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
