Production Manager – FMCG

Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of juice production facility and pre-cut item production.
- Responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, and leading a team to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks and resolve any product inconsistencies.
- Implement and oversee procedures to ensure the accurate and safe cutting, portioning, and packaging of items.

Position Title: Production Manager – FMCG
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 5 years of UAE experience from FMCG industry
- Must have extensive FMCG background specifically in handling juice facility, pre-cut item production and operations and ready-to-eat factory.
