Position Title: Production Manager - Joinery

Job Description:
• Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead, and provide training to the joinery craftsmen team, offering performance feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Oversee machinery maintenance, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and provide safety training.

Qualifications:
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or any related field
• At least 8 years of UAE experience in the same role from a joinery factory
• Preferably with valid UAE Driving License and own car

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
