Production Manager – Paper Bag Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our paper bag manufacturing operations. You will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, manage resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and timelines are consistently met.
• Supervise production staff, including operators and technicians.
• Implement quality control measures to meet client specifications.
• Maintain machinery and equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
• Train and develop production staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in paper or packaging.
• Knowledge of production planning, machinery operations, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/MRP systems knowledge is advantageous.

Salary:
AED 11,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
