Production Operator

Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities:
• Receive RMs, packaging, and FG according to procedure
• Produce paints to correct quality as stated in Work Instruction.
• Fill approved paints according to Work instructions
• Take the initiative to improve daily tasks/topics
• Use IT tools available at the work center
• Participate actively in ongoing improvement works on site, like 5S and ODM.
• Follow internal and external rules/procedures and follow Jotun’s values.
• Perform daily tasks according to SOPs/OPLs within the relevant area.

• Salary Bracket: 1,900 AED monthly (In case you find an experienced operator who is looking for more, let us know)

• Working Days and hours: Weekly: 6 working days+1 day off. We work based on 2 shifts models (8 hours o 12 hours shift)
• Overtime policies: Working hours worked more than 43 per week are paid as overtime

We are looking for a candidate who:
• 12th grade and above
• Able to understand and communicate in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• More than 1 year of proven experience, preferably in factory or manufacturing company.

• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
• Has the ability to handle Production tasks (e.g., lifting, filling )

Salary:
AED 1,800 to 1,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
