Production Planner

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in production planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, we encourage you to apply.

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material availability and optimal workflow.
• Monitor production progress and address any delays or issues.
• Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple priorities.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
