Main Job Purpose:

- Manage daily, monthly, annual and 5-years production plan of the SU based on updated Shipment Plan & forecast
- Manage MRP Cycle for RMs of LJA, including Raw Tea blends and Flavor
- Drive Key Planning KPIs under Service, Cash & Cost, SC Transformation headlines; in line with 5 Fundamental Pillars of Growth
- Work as part of LJA SU Team, working in synergy and collaboration across SU sub-functions.
- Drive day-to-day operations for dynamic RM network of LJA.
- Manage Plan360, ensuring it is always updated, dynamic and continuously improving.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Production Planning

- Manage daily, monthly, annual and 5-years production plan of the SU based on updated forecast.
- Prepare monthly plan schedule of the factory, inline with line capacities, DBNR and changeover guidelines
- Level & Update production plan periodically, as per requirement.
- Participate in Weekly Plan Availability Meetings with SMS team to project updated Shipment Plans to factory productions.
- Ensure BOMs health, working shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D, Quality and Production Teams.
- Manage Weekly Planning Meetings, with extended representation from each factory-related function to make sure that everyone is inline with Demand & Supply view as well as factory schedule.
- Drive DBNR & OR% agenda to achieve continuous improvement - both of which is already top class for LJA.
- Manage FG inventory of LJA and ensure that shipments are on track as per requested plan.

RM Planning

- Provide material forecast and orders to suppliers as per always updated forecast/schedule in the factory
- Hands on management of RM required, considering LJA strategy to forecast properly & only calloff solid requirements as per daily plan.
- Target 100% DR & always improved CCFOT% with minimum losses in RM planning.
- Manage LJA Tea and Flavor Stocks - which is biggest & most sensitive single item in inventory base.
- Control Business Waste with correct rundown/runup strategy & shelf life constraints.
- Track Supplier Reliability with OTIF% scores, take improvement actions where necessary.
- Participate in cMRP Agenda for Gulf, to optimize materials planning with minimum Non-value adding activities.

Excellence Agenda

- Improve and rollout LJA Plan360
- Always up to date IPM both for FG & RM
- Work on optimization and increase of consignment model in RM, to reduce stock base and improve supplier reliability.
- Proactive participation in DSR Cycle improvement projects
- Lead the Planning digitalization agenda of Arabia, knowing the expectations for the most flexible and reliable SU.
- Challenge demand inputs to ensure OTIF delivery of forecasts, to be able to utilize full flexibility to service.
- Support Plant Manager with the plan, risks, demand insights and full volume strategy
- Work closely with Factory Logistics, Quality, Technical, Safety, ManEx teams.
- Lead the contact of SU to business, through shoulder-to-shoulder work with SMS Team
- Provide correct updates and supply status to RM Procurement Teams and work daily with them for smooth supply.
- Support Finance team with correct volume mix & figures to financial FC.
- Proactively manage R&D relations, to ensure always physical vs. pre-defined consumptions of BOM are up to date.

WCM

- Core member of Customer Service and Logistics Pillar with all steps.
- Make continuous improvement part of the daily work life, even if not for an Audit to improve factory working.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Skills:

- 1-3 Years experience in any function in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Bachelors in Engineering, Supply chain, or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience on ERP (S&D, MM, MPS, APO modules)
- Advance Excel is must
- SAP experience is preferred
- FMCG background is preferred
- Factory Experience is a plus
- CPIM/ CSCP
- Knowledge on Power BI and RPA's will be great advantage
