Production Supervisor

Job description / Role

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, schedule preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate repairs.

Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A group of company serving high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in automotive, construction, and transport sectors.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 30 years old and below
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint production or a related paint manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of quality control and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Must be proficient in using production software and systems

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
