Job description / Role
Complete knowledge of making cocktails, coffee cappuccino.thorough knowledge of maintaining the bar area.
Prepare and sell drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee and cocktail selections.
Train and guide other servers.
Requirements
Perform supervisory role in absence of manager manage and maintain store inventory.
Offer suggestions for up selling techniques.
React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance.
Knowledge of food and beverage, hotel background of fine dine restaurant.
