Job description / Role
Professional Services Human Resources Operations/Onboarding Coordinator, Dubai
Main tasks:
• Coordinating with the PRO for residence visas for new staff, assisting with relocation.
• Preparing company induction and first day readiness for new staff.
• Manage day to day HR admin, visa letters, NOC’s, compliance, audits, invoices.
• Manage HRIS employee data input and upkeep and create reports.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and exiting staff leaving procedures.
• Assisting with interview scheduling, events and HR projects.
• Administer medical insurance enrollment and manage vacation tracking.
Requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
• Experience in working in a HR department in Tecom.
• Self confidence and necessary personal skills to be the first point of contact for the team.
• Can do attitude and passion for the job.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level in HR with 2 years previous experience working as a HR assistant for a large multinational in the professional services industry.
