Job description / Role

As a Chief Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic design and execution of training programs that align with organizational needs. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and leadership teams to develop and implement high-quality training content.

Description

* Develop and oversee the creation of certified, practical training content from scratch.
* Lead program admissions, registration, strategy, and planning.
* Ensure content alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
* Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to refine training programs.
* Manage the entire learning experience from initiation to execution.
* Utilize technology and tools to enhance content delivery.
* Provide strategic direction for learning and development initiatives.

* 8+ years of experience in program development, learning & development, or training.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to drive projects forward in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
