As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering structured training programs. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create engaging learning content that meets organizational goals.

Description

* Support the development of training content and course materials.
* Assist with program admissions, registration, and strategic planning.
* Design L&D materials, including presentations, documents, and simulations.
* Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational needs.
* Work with SMEs and internal teams to refine content and optimize learning experiences.
* Utilize existing tools and technology to enhance content delivery.
* Contribute to the seamless execution of training programs.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in business administration or similar.
* 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, or program development.

* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
