DESCRIPTION
Helpbit is planning to launch many of its programs in the MENA region. We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented program manager to join our regional team.
This program manager will work with the respective Product and The Business to help define the scope, build BRD's, customer experience, benefits, financials, and tech capabilities.
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, strong Analytical skills, excellent project management skills, strong business writing communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
· Write Product/Business requirements documents (which serve as a bridge from high-level business requirements to the functional specification).
· Establish the product mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success
· Lead the creation and definition of innovative business, product and customer experience concepts with different stakeholders in business, product, technology, and cross-functional teams locally and globally.
· Collaborate with internal Amazon business functions around the globe to define new solutions that serve customers and sellers
· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, product, and technical goals
· Act as a focal point of contact, operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business goals, technical solution, legal, and all customer and seller-facing aspects
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum Number years of experience: 8 years
· Bachelor's Degree
· Computer Skills: Visio, Excel
· Software Development Lifecycle Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· E commerce industry is a plus
· Arabic is a plus
