Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Program Manager you will own and deliver on multiple Recruiting Projects – identify bottlenecks, plan interventions, design solutions and work with multiple teams to solve for recruiting problems of today and tomorrow. You are expected to contribute significantly to the teams’ transformation agenda and pursue automation, centralization and streamlining of processes wherever possible. You would need to engage with the relevant stakeholders (at all levels) and drive the program initiatives with support of the recruiting teams. An ears-to-the-ground approach is required of the incumbent in order to sense intervention required at the right time and create a robust, simple and stable programs platform that will scale with our needs.

Top Skills
• You will be responsible for driving various Recruiting Programs; monitor and improve upon the existing design, and measure and report on the effectiveness of the Programs
• You are expected to identify improvements to the Recruiting systems, processes and policies by regular engagement with the stakeholders, diving deep into the system architecture/ details from a functional point of view, and re-engineering existing processes/ systems to make them user-friendly and more effective
• You are required to build and manage Stakeholder relationships at all levels and drive changes in a collaborative manner – you are an agent of change and are adept at driving and managing it
• You will be responsible for reporting on the health of the programs, conduct pulse checks and drive actions based on data-driven insights
• You are responsible for preparing the program roadmap and deliver on identified goals of the program
• You are required to liaise with multiple global stakeholders and be a part of a team that envisions the future of recruiting process and builds scalable solutions by working with Technical/ Development teams
• You are the conduit between the end-user (Recruiter/ Recruiting Leaders) and Technical teams and act as a functional consultant and an SME on Recruiting Processes
• You use the standard project management methodology and ensure that your projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time, measuring impact and reporting on outcome.

Requirements

Other details
• Bachelors or Masters in any discipline with a keen interest in improving processes by identifying bottlenecks, managing change, streamlining processes and driving stakeholder engagement
• Experienced in managing Recruiting programs/ projects at a country or global level – overall 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of program or project management experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft, ICIMS, MS SharePoint, MS Office or any other Recruiting Software is a plus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors or Masters in any discipline with a keen interest in improving processes by identifying bottlenecks, managing change, streamlining processes and driving stakeholder engagement
• Experienced in managing Recruiting programs/ projects at a country or global level – overall 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of program or project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
