Job description / Role
We are seeking a Manager who is experienced in managing educational programs within either higher education or executive education. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team who will support students through the part time MBA programs.
The role will include:
• Continuous improvement of program delivery
• Admissions through to graduation of students
• Student retention
• Managing student complaints/appeals
• Managing the team performance, motivation and KPI's
• Ensure policies/processes of the University are upheld, inc. requirements for accreditation
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• To be shortlisted you will have prior experience as a manager in areas such as personal development, performance management, KPI's.
• You will have a high level of communication along with being organized and proactive.
• A good level of IT skills are required as you will be expected to prepare reports and other presentations.
• You will be educated to minimum Bachelors level ideally to Masters.
