You will join the travel industry's largest and fastest-growing lodging provider. They are a multinational organization that provides travel industry experts with ground services (hotels, transportation, tours, and activities).

Description

* Assume responsibility for end-to-end customer onboarding, including communication and relationship management strategies
* Work closely with the Transformation office and the rest of the senior leadership team in developing, implementing, and overseeing the transformation journey aligned with the Business plan from an end-to-end customer onboarding standpoint
* Managing people, technologies, and implementing new procedures
* Oversee the complete client onboarding journey, using pragmatic thinking to ensure it is completed in the quickest and most efficient manner feasible.

Requirements

* Ability to handle complex transformational projects with a strong drive for success and a customer-first mentality, encompassing all parts of the business and collaborating teams.
* Experience in program management for end-to-end customer onboarding journey, process improvement, and solution delivery to exceed client expectations.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as program delivery abilities
* Knowledge and expertise in business processes in the travel sector particularly in customer onboarding techniques and out of the box unique approaches.
