You will join the travel industry's largest and fastest-growing lodging provider. They are a multinational organization that provides travel industry experts with ground services (hotels, transportation, tours, and activities).

Description

* Work closely with the Transformation office and rest of the senior leadership team
* Assist in the definition, implementation, and management of the transformation journey that is consistent with the company strategy from an end-to-end supplier onboarding perspective
* Managing people, technologies, and implementing new processes
* Oversee the whole supplier onboarding process, applying practical thinking to ensure it is done as quickly and efficiently as possible

Requirements

* Diverse experience in managing large transformative projects, with a strong desire for success and a customer-first attitude that reaches across the entire business and support functions
* Extensive Program Management experience in the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, including processes improvement and solution delivery to exceed customer expectations in all areas, from initial supplier meeting checklists and evaluation to approval and supplier requirements, managing expectations, lead times, pricing, and payment terms right through to supplier connectivity and conversion
* Able to identify problems and propose solutions that are appropriate to drive the implementation as needed
* Ability to make critical decisions, handle complex situations, and think strategically
