Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Senior Programme Manager on behalf of a leading international brand that are headquartered here in Dubai. You will be responsible for management and successful delivery of large, complex and strategic business IT solutions, involving complex business change and transformation, multiple executive level stakeholders, systems integration of multiple internal and external solution providers.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 10 years of experience in leading IT. It is absolutely essential you have worked at senior Programme Management level in managing programmes in excess of 100 million USD.
You must have excellent communication skills, significant influencing skills and the ability to operate with gravitas at c-level. Extensive knowledge of Project and Program Management practices is needed. Professional Skills that will be required are Relationship Management, Project/Program Management, Methods & Tools, Software Development and process improvement, large scale people management, Coaching and Training and large-scale vendor management. You should have a Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences combined ideally with industry relevant certifications.
