Job description / Role
Our company is looking for a Project Architect for a Villa Complex Project in Dubai. Successful candidate are expected to join our team immediately.
The Project Architects will focus on managing projects and coordinate with external MEP, Structural consultants. Managing design review of documents and ensuring that the project deliverables are executed within timeline and contractual obligations.
Salary: AED 15-18K
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience post Graduation of a Bachelor of Architecture.
- Working experience in the GCC will show project delivery experience from start to project completion, of medium to large-scale commercial projects.
- Auto CAD is necessary. This individual will have excellent construction and technical knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary
