Project Control Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring project performance, ensuring timely delivery, and managing costs effectively to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays early.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Analyze project data to support decision-making and optimize project efficiency.
- Implement and maintain project control systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction safety standards.

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering

- ADNOC project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control & reporting
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project & Excel
- Experience in progress tracking, EOT, claims & variance analysis
