We are now seeking an exceptional Project Controls Manager to join our award winning team based on one of our Dubai Base Projects.

This critical role will be responsible for Ensureing the project(s) is delivered in line with client requirements through the development of a project wide WBS, the development and maintenance of a detailed master schedule, the development of a procurement and logistics plan, support and work with consultants and contractors to develop their contractual schedule.

Requirements

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;

- Develop overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics, in conjunction with (where applicable) the Project Controls Managers & the Project Leader

- Planning, cost and schedule metrics and tools (work breakdown structure), collecting performance data (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct & subcontract labour), tracking data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyze and report (earned value, productivity and risk analysis)

- Develop the project master schedule, update, monitor and review contractor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures

- Prepare, implement, analyse & report on KPI's appropriate to the stage of project development

- Implement 'Work Order' procedures in conjunction with QA/QC staff. Identify and track changes, actual and potential, to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management

- Participate in contract administration

- Review and approve contractor's work programs submissions

- Maintain and report on project metrics issued from and through consultants, contractors and document control

- Coordinate and where requested prepare project procedural plans in line with the requirements of the contract and the KEO PPM

- Lead the preparation and presentation of the project monthly Report on behalf of the Project Leader

- Assist in the preparation and maintainance of the Project Risk Plan

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 Years of Experience career experience with a Bachelors Degree
