Project Coordinator - 12 Month Contract (Renewable)

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The candidate would closely work with the designated PM and assist the PM on the day to day Job works to meet the customer requirements
• Understand the Project management process in Pharmaceutical
• Proactively coordinating with the stakeholders of the project and ensuring the deliveries are made as per the project schedule requirements
• Vendor visits to expedite the manufacturing schedule in case of delay.
• Attend weekly project review meetings and take note of key actions and prioritize his / her own deliverables and capture all project task
• Coordinate with the inspection team and collect all relevant documents (e.g. patient awareness)
• Regular follow up on projects via email
• Managing projects coordination like MOL, Corporate In-house, Pharmacovigilance report, Marketing reports, Medical Reports

Requirements

• Liaison within a team and cross-functional team: Governance / Agenda development / Minutes - and follow up for actions
• Partner with Public affairs: understand policy background and change over the decade, identify gaps in comparison with other healthcare structure, prepare project/partnerships
• Agency management when hired by public affairs
• Execution: Support Action Items for team members, Monitor RACI
• Close follow up on project Milestones & deliverables – with countries
• Follow up: Developing leadership updates of all projects
• Medical products and disease preparation
