Project Coordinator - Dubai

This is a diverse and multi-faceted organisation established in the 1940’s and boasts operations in widely differing fields from heavy engineering to state of the art communication systems to five-star world class hospitality. Within all the business units across the board, there is huge emphasis on quality and the brand name has become synonymous with this in all areas of its enterprise.

We are looking for a highly competent professional to join the organisation initially for a maternity cover but there will be a possibility that the role will convert to a permanent position within another department after six months. The role is for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager reporting to the Chief Investment Officer and the main responsibilities will include assisting with project feasibility, due diligence, commercial negotiation and research as well as assisting with project concept preparations and plans. You will attend prepare, coordinate, attend and minute meetings and help determine project requirements along with other members of the project management team. There is a huge financial component to the role and you will also analyze financial information to produce project forecasts and produce clear, up to date status reports.

Requirements

Ideally our client is seeking a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance and have at least two years experience in a similar role. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment is a must as is a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities. Strong multi-tasking skills and organisational skills are essential. Working hours are 8-6, Sunday to Thursday.
