Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global professional services company based in Riyadh who is looking to hire its next Project Coordinator to join its busy team and provide administrative assistance to the Consulting Partners.
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing supporting documentation for meetings, drafting letters, scheduling flights/travel bookings, handling calls and coordinating all logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day running support to the Partners. Additionally, your duties will include minute taking and dealing with stakeholders.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in BA or relevant studies, accompanied by around 3 - 5 years similar experience to date. Due to the nature of the role, preference will be given to male Saudi Nationals. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate who has the right attitude and is also looking for a new challenge to work for an amazing establishment.
