Job description / Role
Our client is an international Professional Services organisation who is looking to hire a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their established and successful team.
This is a role where you will be working alongside senior management, coordinating and supporting a multitude of tasks and ensuring the accurate set-up and close down of projects within tight timeframes. You will manage a number of calendars and diaries internally, scheduling and prioritising meetings for partners and clients alike. You will provide global travel coordination support alongside completing research and market monitoring in addition to undertaking general office management duties and supporting new starter set-ups, training days and social events for the office.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years’ administrative experience. You will be a professional and well organised individual who is commercially astute, able to work to deadlines and accurately under pressure. You will be self-motivated and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be fluent in English, both written and verbal and will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment where change can happen at fast pace and with little notice.
