Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Developing design alternatives to achieve either a design vision or client’s stated objectives and ensuring that the design intent of a project is followed through until the end of the working drawings.
- Coordinating and liaising with Project Manager, project teams and engineers on issues relating to planning, design and construction.
- Preparing presentation drawings and making presentations to clients.
- Thorough knowledge of the design process, details, visualization, and expressing ideas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of design programs such as Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up and In-Design.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5-10 years of working experience. Prior experience should include high rise and large scale building projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
